Terry Holder is the Director of Engineering at SSP. He has over 40 years’ experience in the instrument valve and fitting industry. His scope of involvement has included engineering product design and reliability, manufacturing engineering, marketing, sales and manufacturing management.

His primary focus at SSP is new product development. He has contributed to the expansion of SSP's product line in order to fully meet customer requirements. Terry holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

He was trained as an electronics technician in the US Army and served in the White House Communications Agency . He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California and is a member of various professional organizations. During his career he has participated in various phases of standards activity for related industries.

In his free time, Terry enjoys traveling, visiting family, and occasional hiking, golf, and skiing.
